  • The screen below will open where you will need to select the amount of the voucher you would like to send

  • Customer must click on either ONE NUMBER or MULITIPLE depending on their purchase

  • If one number is selected , then only one individual will receive the voucher/s

  • If multiple numbers are selected , then multiple individuals will receive the vouchers




  • Confirm your purchase






  • View Basket




  • Customer needs to fill in their credit card details as seen below



  • They will the be redirected to the 3-D secure site 




  • The credit card will be authenticated



  • If the purchase is successful the customer will receive a payment confirmation  




  • They will receive a email confirmation with all their booking details 





Update ( All web bookings can now be paid via EFT)

Complete all personal information of purchaser and then click on PAY NOW






The following screen for online secure EFT payment will come up



Once bank is selected the following screen will come up 








  • Recipients will receive the sms with all the voucher details as seen below

Report Look up



  • A look-up can be done on reports for all successful purchases

  • The cellphone number of the recipient will be under discount card

  • There will be multiple numbers under discount card if there are multiple recipients









  • Don't get confused if questions are asked about CHECKERS ONLINE shopping , that is through CHECKERS WEBSITE

Bookings can also be done on the Retail Applet


  • You need to search by typing in Shoprite Virtual Vouchers







  • Select the voucher amount you looking to purchase



  • Enter the recipient's mobile number







  • Confirm the customers booking






  • Add to basket






  • Enter the credit card details of the customer purchasing the voucher






  • Enter credit card holders mobile number (not the recipient`s number)









  • Confirm one last time and then press pay

  • If booking was successful customer will receive an email confirmation

  • Once the booking is done the recipient will receive the voucher with all the details
