  • On POP select Money Market


                  


  • Select Shoprite Money Wallet


                    




                   


  • Select Register Wallet


                 

         

  • The following message will be displayed


               







  • Customer I.D book must be scanned with the handheld scanner

  • Once scanned the following will appear on POP

  • Then enter customer mobile number, first name and surname


                  


  • Message will then be displayed to wait while processing


                  







  • Sms will be generated to customer cell number with an OTP

  • OTP should be received in 60 sec - If not click on resend OTP

  • You get three attempts before an error is logged with the call centre



  • If successful till slip will print and system will return to the main POP screen

  • You will then give the customer the till slip









In Store Top Up (MMA)


  • Cashier needs to ensure customer has cash and his cellphone

  • Once money is checked cashier must select MENU on POP



  • Then select the arrows for more options




  • Select mobile deposit



  • The transaction requires authorization - Control needs to the controller number and password







  • Then enter the amount the customer wants to TOP UP with and then re-enter the amount to confirm if its correct, confirm with the customer



  • Select Accept or Enter








  • Select Cash



  • Customer then enters the 8 digit token from their mobile onto thier pin pad
