How do I register?

You can register online. It is SuperFast and SuperEasy. All we need is: 1. Some basic information. 2. Clear image of your ID document. 3. Selfie of you holding your ID document. 

How to change your Mobile number?


SuperSwift customers can change their mobile number by logging into their account, select their name in the top right hand corner, select My profile and then selecting Contact Information. From here, the customer can edit their mobile number. Customers can also contact our friendly call centre to have their mobile number changed. How to change your password If you cannot remember your password, please visit the SuperSwift website. Select Log In on the top right hand side of the page. Click on Forgot Password. You will be prompted to enter either your mobile number or Member ID. Enter the details of your preferred option (mobile number or Member ID). Click proceed. A new window will open up which you will enter and re-enter your new password. You will then receive an OTP for the mobile number on your SuperSwift profile. Enter the OTP received to confirm your new password. 

SuperSwift customers can also change their mobile number by logging into their account, select their name in the top right hand corner, select My profile and then select Security. From here, the customer can type in their new password and confirm their new password by re-entering it again. How to pay Pay online using your debit or credit card, or through instant EFT. Simply provide your transaction reference number or registered mobile number and pay. What collection methods are available in the pay out country?
