? Via the Shoprite App

Download the Shoprite SA App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Open the app and tap on “Money Market”.

Select “Register” and enter your South African cellphone number.

Follow the prompts to verify your identity and set up your 5-digit MMA PIN.

? Via USSD (requires airtime)

Dial *120*3534# and follow the prompts to register.

? Important:
Make sure to register using your own cellphone number, as this number will be linked to your MMA profile and used to receive vouchers and transaction notifications.

Once registered, you can start using your account to:

Receive or send money

Buy prepaid electricity, airtime, data, or vouchers

Pay in-store using a token OR go to your nearest Shoprite, Checkers or Usave stores and register for your Money
Market Account at the Money Market counter (remember to bring you barcoded ID along) OR send a “hi”
to Checkers on WhatsApp: 087 240 5385 or Shoprite WhatsApp: 087 240 5709 and choose option number 4:
Money Market Account, then follow the steps.
