# Book A Box Office Event


Booking tickets for your favorite events has never been easier! Follow these simple steps to navigate the booking process from the event page all the way to payment confirmation.


1. **Review Event Details**: Start by visiting the event page where you can find essential information such as the event name, category tags, performers, venue, age restrictions, and any important notices. On the right side, the Book Tickets panel displays the available dates and times, the availability status of tickets, and the starting price. Once you’ve reviewed all the details, click on "Continue to Booking" to move forward.


2. **Make Your Selection**: After clicking through, you’ll see the Make Your Selection screen. Here, all available ticket categories are organized by section, each providing a ticket name, description, price, and availability status. Please note that categories marked as Sold Out cannot be selected, so make sure to choose from the available options.


3. **Select Ticket Category**: Click on your desired ticket category to select it. You can adjust the number of tickets you wish to purchase using the minus (−) and plus (+) buttons. Be mindful of the maximum number of tickets allowed per order. Once you’re satisfied with your selection, click "Check Availability" to proceed.


4. **Ticket Summary**: A Ticket Summary screen will appear, detailing your selected ticket category, seat assignments, and the total cost. If you need to add more tickets, simply click "Add More." When you’re ready, click "Accept & Pay" to continue.


5. **Your Basket Page**: The Your Basket page will load next, featuring a countdown timer at the top that indicates how long your tickets are reserved. It’s crucial to complete your purchase before this timer expires. This page includes the event name, venue, date and time, ticket details, and an Event Information notice confirming that e-tickets will be sent to your email after payment. The Order Summary on the right provides a breakdown of the subtotal and total, including all fees and taxes. Click "Proceed to Payment" when you’re ready.


6. **Purchaser Information**: Fill in the required fields for Purchaser Information, including your Title, Name, Surname, Mobile Number, and Email. If you need a tax invoice, don’t forget to tick the checkbox provided.


7. **Select Payment Method**: Choose your preferred payment method. You can pay using Peach Payments (accepting Mastercard, Visa, and EFT for all major South African banks) or via Money Market Account if you have an existing account.


8. **Confirm and Complete Payment**: Make sure to tick both confirmation checkboxes: "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and "I have checked the date and time of my tickets." Finally, click "Continue to Payment" to finalize your purchase. Your e-tickets will be sent to your email address once payment is confirmed.


**TIP**: Remember, your seats are only held for a limited time once you reach the Basket page. To avoid losing your reservation, complete the payment before the countdown timer expires. Enjoy your event!
