Booking tickets for events sold on behalf of authorized partners like Open Tickets through Computicket is a straightforward process. While the ticket delivery may differ slightly from standard purchases, you can still enjoy all the benefits and protections that Computicket offers. Here’s a detailed guide to help you navigate the booking process.
1. **Review Event Details**: Start by visiting the event page on Computicket. Here, you will find comprehensive information about the event, including the date, time, and venue. Pay special attention to the "Your Ticket Journey" section, which outlines the specific ticket delivery process for this event. It will also indicate that the tickets are sold on behalf of an authorized partner, such as Open Tickets. Once you’re ready, follow the standard booking steps to select your desired tickets and add them to your Basket.
2. **Receive Confirmation Email**: After you complete your payment, you will receive a Confirmation Email from Computicket. This email serves as proof of your purchase and contains important details about your transaction. Make sure to keep this email for your records.
3. **Ticket Access Email**: In addition to your confirmation, you will receive a separate Ticket Access Email from either tickets@opentickets.co.za or admin@myticket.africa. This email is crucial as it provides you with options to access or transfer your tickets. Be sure to check your inbox for this email shortly after your purchase.
4. **Accessing Your Tickets**: From the Ticket Access Email, you can easily add your ticket to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet for convenient access at the venue. This is the recommended method, as it allows for quick entry. Alternatively, if you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can do so directly from the email.
