# Return Flight Booking
Booking a return flight is a straightforward process that involves selecting both an outbound and a return flight. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure a smooth booking experience.
### Step-by-Step Return Flight Booking Journey
1. **Initiate Your Search**: Begin by navigating to the "Find Your Perfect Flight" search panel. Select "Return" at the top of the panel. Enter your departure city or airport, your destination, and both travel dates using the Departure & Return date picker. Don’t forget to specify the number of passengers, cabin class, and your preference for stops. Once all details are filled in, click on "Search Flight Tickets."
2. **Select Your Outbound Flight**: The results page will display options for your outbound flight. A 5-day price calendar will show you per-person round trip pricing for nearby departure dates, making it easy to find the best deal. The "Smart Recommendations" section highlights the Best Price and Fastest Journey options, allowing you to choose based on value or travel time. Use the Filters panel to narrow down results by airline or departure time, and click "Select Flight" on your preferred outbound option.
3. **Confirm Outbound Flight**: A modal will pop up displaying the fare for your selected outbound flight. Take a moment to review the luggage allowance, which typically includes 20kg of checked luggage and one cabin item under 8kg. Choose your preferred fare option and click "Confirm Selection."
4. **Select Your Return Flight**: After confirming your outbound flight, you will move to the Select Return stage. The confirmed outbound flight will be displayed at the top, marked as "Done." The 5-day price calendar will now show available return dates. Below, you’ll find a list of return flights with details such as airline, departure and arrival times, duration, stops, and cabin class. For flights with layovers, additional information about layover duration and location will be provided. Click "View Flight Details" for more information, then select your preferred return flight.
5. **Confirm Return Flight**: A modal will appear for your return flight, detailing the fare and providing a Round-Trip Total summary that breaks down the costs for both legs of your journey. Review the total carefully before clicking "Confirm Selection."
6. **Booking Confirmation**: You will see a "Flight Reserved!" confirmation that summarizes both your outbound and return flights, including airline, flight numbers, dates, departure and arrival times, airport codes, and the total price with all taxes and fees included. Remember, your booking is held for 15 minutes, so you can either click "Continue to Passenger Details" to proceed or "Cancel Reservation" to go back.
7. **Enter Passenger Details**: Complete the Flight Passenger Details form for each traveler, including Title, Name, Surname, Email Address, Mobile Number, Emergency Telephone Number, Identification Type (SA ID or Passport), ID number, and Date of Birth. The Flight Summary panel on the right will display the details of both legs of your journey, passenger count, and total price. Review the Flight Travel Tips provided, then click "Continue to Payment."
8. **Checkout and Payment**: On the Checkout page, fill in the Purchaser Information fields: Title, Name, Surname, Mobile Number, and Email. If you need a tax invoice, tick the appropriate checkbox. The Order Summary will confirm your total round trip cost. Choose your Payment Method, either via Peach Payments (accepting Mastercard, Visa, and EFT for major South African banks) or Money Market Account (if you have an existing account). Don’t forget to check both boxes agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and confirming the accuracy of your ticket details before clicking "Continue to Payment" to finalize your booking.
