# Booking Accommodation
Booking accommodation on Computicket is a straightforward process that ensures you find the perfect place for your stay. Follow these steps to search, select, and book your accommodation with ease.
### Step 1: Start Your Search
Begin by navigating to the "Find Your Perfect Stay" search panel. Enter your desired destination in the "Where would you like to go?" field. Adjust the Search Radius slider to determine how far from your chosen location you want to search, with a default setting of 10 km. Next, select your Check-in and Check-out dates using the date picker and specify the number of Guests. Once you’ve filled in all the necessary details, click on "Search Accommodations."
### Step 2: Review Search Results
The results page will display all available properties, indicating how many are Available and Unavailable for your selected dates. You can click "Hide Unavailable" to focus solely on bookable options. Each listing provides essential details such as the property name, star rating, distance from your search location, available amenities, and a brief description, along with the total price. Use the Filters panel to refine your search by Price Range, Star Rating, or Popular Amenities, and sort the results as needed. If you wish to compare properties, click "Add to Compare" on multiple listings and then "View Details" on your preferred choice for more information.
### Step 3: Explore Property Details
Upon clicking "View Details," you’ll be taken to the property details page, which features a photo gallery, the property name, star rating, and a "Choose your room" section. This section displays all available room types, complete with photos, descriptions, bed configurations, guest capacity, and total pricing for your stay. Scroll down to find the "About this place" description, a comprehensive list of amenities (click "Show all amenities" for the full list), and a map showing the property’s location.
### Step 4: Select Your Room
In the "Choose your room" section, pick your preferred room type. Each room card will display various Rate Options sorted by price, such as the Cheapest rate or a Premium Package. Each rate will indicate the total for your stay and any applicable free cancellation deadlines. Be sure to check the "What’s included" badges for amenities like Free Wi-Fi or Breakfast. Once you’ve made your selection, click "Select This Room."
### Step 5: Reserve Your Room
A sticky summary bar will appear at the bottom of the page, showing the property name, room type, bed configuration, total price for the stay, and the number of nights. Click "Reserve Now" to hold the room temporarily.
### Step 6: Confirmation of Reservation
You will receive a "Room Reserved!" confirmation that details the property name, star rating, room type, rate type, duration of stay, location distance, number of guests, and the total price, including all taxes and fees. Remember, the room is held for 15 minutes, so act quickly! You can either click "Continue to Guest Details" to proceed or "Cancel Reservation" to go back.
### Step 7: Fill in Guest Details
Complete the Guest Details form for each guest, including Title, Name, Surname, Email Address (where booking confirmation will be sent), Phone Number, Identification Type, ID number, Date of Birth, and Gender. The Accommodation Summary panel on the right will display all relevant booking information, including a notice for Free cancellation where applicable. After reviewing the Accommodation Tips, click "Continue to Payment."
### Step 8: Review Your Basket
The "Your Basket" page will load, confirming the property name, price per stay, check-in and check-out dates, and a detailed Room Details section. The Cancellation Policy section will outline the free cancellation deadline and any penalties. The Order Summary on the right will confirm your booking details and total price, along with a countdown timer indicating how long your reservation is held. Click "Proceed to Payment" when you’re ready.
### Step 9: Complete Your Checkout
On the Checkout page, fill in the Purchaser Information fields, including Title, Name, Surname, Mobile Number, and Email. If needed, tick the tax invoice checkbox. Choose your Payment Method, either via Peach Payments (accepting Mastercard, Visa, and EFT) or Money Market Account. Ensure you tick both checkboxes agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and confirming your booking details before clicking "Continue to Payment" to finalize your booking.
### Important Tip
Always check the Cancellation Policy in your basket before completing payment. Free cancellation is only available until the stated deadline; after that, a 100% penalty applies. Standard check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00 unless otherwise specified by the property. Happy booking!
