### E-Ticket Email


Following the booking confirmation, you will receive another email from no-reply@computicket-boxoffice.com. This email will include your e-tickets as an attachment. It’s crucial to ensure that you have access to this email before the event, as it contains the tickets you will need for entry.


### Ticket Storage


Please note that these e-tickets cannot be stored on your Computicket profile. This means that you should keep the email with the attached tickets safe and accessible. We recommend saving it in a dedicated folder in your email or downloading the attachment to your device for easy access.


### Printing Your Tickets


If you choose to print your e-tickets, we advise you to do so at the highest quality setting available on your printer. A clear and scannable barcode is essential for a smooth entry into the venue. Ensure that the printout is free from any smudges or distortions that could hinder scanning.

Alternatively, you can present your e-ticket directly on your smartphone screen at the venue.
