What Customers Must Present at Boarding

Passengers must present:

  • Booking confirmation (Printed or digital)
  • Valid identification document

Acceptable ID includes:

  • South African ID
  • Passport
  • Driver’s licence

The name on the ID must match the name on the booking confirmation.


Arrival Time

Passengers should arrive:

  • At least 30 minutes before departure

This allows time for:

  • Verification of booking
  • ID checks
  • Boarding procedures

Failure to arrive on time may result in the passenger missing the bus.


Important Information

  • Boarding closes shortly before departure
  • Late passengers may be denied boarding
  • Each bus operator may have slightly different boarding requirements
