  • Original physical ticket – Serves as boarding pass
  • ID or Passport – Name must match booking

Arrival Time

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding

Suggested Customer Response

For online or call center bookings, please present your email confirmation and a valid ID or passport at the boarding point.

For in-store bookings, bring your original ticket and a valid ID or passport.
