# Amending Your Departure Dates and Routing

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your travel plans. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we are here to assist you in amending your departure dates or routing. Please note that to make these changes, we will need to cancel your original booking and rebook your new requested dates. Below are the key points regarding our cancellation and refund policy:
1. **48-5 Hours Before Departure**: If you request a change between 48 hours and 5 hours before your scheduled departure, you are eligible for a refund. However, please be aware that a R100 per person administration fee will apply. This fee helps us process your request efficiently.
2. **Less Than 5 Hours Before Departure**: If you need to make changes within 5 hours of your departure, you can still receive a refund, but the administration fee will increase to R150 per person. We recommend making any changes as early as possible to minimize fees.
3. **After Departure**: Unfortunately, if you attempt to change your booking after the departure time, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to plan ahead to avoid any inconveniences.
Please note that any difference in fare for your new booking will be payable by you. We will apply any credit from your original booking towards your new ticket. You can securely pay any fare difference through a payment link we will provide.
To assist you with quoting and changing your bus ticket, please provide the following details:
- New departure date
- Preferred time of departure
- Routing
- Traveller’s first name
- Traveller’s last name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Emergency/Alternative number
- ID number
