# Amending Your Departure Dates and Routing

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your travel plans. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we are here to assist you in amending your departure dates or routing. Please note that to make these changes, we will need to cancel your original booking and rebook your new requested dates. Below are the key points regarding our cancellation and refund policy:


1. **More than 48 Hours before departure, 20% Penalty Fee**: If you notify us more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure, you will incur a 20% penalty fee on the total fare. This allows us to process your request while minimizing the impact on our operations.


2. **More than 24 Hours but less than 48 Hours before departure, 40% Penalty Fee**: For changes made between 24 and 48 hours before your departure, a higher penalty of 40% will apply. We encourage you to make changes as early as possible to avoid higher fees.


3. **Less than 24 Hours before departure – NO REFUND**: Unfortunately, if you need to amend your booking within 24 hours of your departure, we cannot offer a refund or allow changes. We recommend planning ahead to ensure flexibility in your travel plans.


Please note that any difference in fare for your new booking will be payable by you. We will apply any credit from your original booking towards your new ticket. You can securely pay any fare difference through a payment link we will provide.


To assist you with quoting and changing your bus ticket, please provide the following details:


- **New departure date**: Let us know when you would like to travel.

- **Preferred time of departure**: Specify your ideal departure time to help us find the best options for you.

- **Routing**: Indicate your desired route or any stops you wish to include.

- **Traveller’s first name**: Please provide the first name of the passenger.

- **Traveller’s last name**: Include the last name of the passenger as it appears on the original booking.

- **Email address**: Share your email for confirmation and updates.

- **Mobile number**: Provide a contact number for any urgent communications.

- **Emergency/Alternative number**: An additional contact number can help us reach you if needed.

- **ID number**: This is required for verification purposes.
