# Amending Your Departure Dates and Routing

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your travel plans. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we are here to assist you in amending your departure dates or routing. Please note that to make these changes, we will need to cancel your original booking and rebook your new requested dates. Below are the key points regarding our cancellation and refund policy:


1. **More than 24 hours before departure**: If you request changes more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure, a refund is allowed with an administration fee of R50 per person. This means you can receive a portion of your fare back while still having the flexibility to adjust your travel plans.


2. **Less than 24 hours before departure**: For changes made within 24 hours of departure, a refund is still possible, but the administration fee increases to R70 per person. We encourage you to make changes as early as possible to minimize fees.


3. **3 hours before departure**: If you need to amend your booking within 3 hours of your departure time, you can still receive a refund, but please note that the administration fee will be R100 per person. This option is available for those last-minute changes.


4. **Less than 3 hours before departure**: Unfortunately, if you attempt to make changes less than 3 hours before departure, no refund will be issued. We recommend planning ahead to avoid this situation.


Please remember that any difference in fare for your new booking will be payable by you. We will apply any credit from your original booking towards your new ticket. You can securely pay any fare difference through a payment link we will provide.


To assist you with quoting and changing your bus ticket, please provide the following details:


- **New departure date**: Let us know when you would like to travel.

- **Preferred time of departure**: Specify your ideal departure time to help us find the best options for you.

- **Routing**: Indicate your desired route or any stops you wish to include.

- **Traveller’s first name**: Please provide the first name of the passenger.

- **Traveller’s last name**: Include the last name of the passenger as it appears on the original booking.

- **Email address**: Share your email for confirmation and updates.

- **Mobile number**: Provide a contact number for any urgent communications.

- **Emergency/Alternative number**: An additional contact number can help us reach you if needed.

- **ID number**: This is required for verification purposes.
