# Amending Your Travel Plans: Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. **More than 24 hours before departure**: If you decide to amend your booking more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure, you are eligible for a refund. However, please be aware that a small administrative fee of R50 per person will apply to process your request.
2. **Less than 24 hours before departure**: Should you need to make changes within 24 hours of your departure, we still allow for refunds, but the administrative fee increases to R70 per person. This fee helps us manage the last-minute adjustments efficiently.
3. **3-0 hours before departure**: If you find yourself needing to change your plans just before departure (within 3 hours), we can still accommodate your request. In this case, a higher administrative fee of R100 per person will apply, reflecting the urgency of the changes.
4. **After departure**: Unfortunately, once your journey has commenced, we cannot offer any refunds for changes or cancellations. We encourage you to confirm your travel plans well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Please remember that any difference in fare for your new booking will be payable by you. We will apply any credit from your original booking towards your new ticket, making the process as smooth as possible. You can securely pay any fare difference through a payment link we will provide.
To assist you with quoting and changing your bus ticket, please provide the following details:
- **New Departure Date**: Let us know when you would like to travel.
- **Preferred Time of Departure**: Specify your ideal departure time to help us find the best options for you.
- **Routing**: Indicate your desired route or any stops you wish to include.
- **Traveller’s First Name**: Please provide the first name of the passenger.
- **Traveller’s Last Name**: Include the last name of the passenger as it appears on the original booking.
- **Email Address**: Share your email for confirmation and updates.

- **Emergency/Alternative Number**: An additional contact number can help us reach you if needed.
- **ID Number**: This is required for verification purposes.
